14 May COVID-19 Update for SportsFit
SportsFit Physio & Health team is hoping everyone is continuing to make the most of this fantastic Autumn weather and continuing to stay fit and healthy.
With the recent announcements from the Victorian Government, we are also happy to announce some further changes at SportsFit going forward.
Updates in the Clinic
- Superstar physio and GLA:D practitioner Seb Evans is now providing face-face consults for Physiotherapy, GLA:D classes and Clinical Exercise classes. Seb will be on-site on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, while still providing telehealth services online. You can book with Seb HERE.
- Small group classes are returning. From Wednesday 13th, we are now offering some limited Clinical Exercise and GLA:D classes of up to 2-3 people maximum in our studio. This will allow more people access to our Pilates studio and equipment for their rehabilitation needs. Numbers will be kept limited to allow more than adequate social distancing and regular cleaning of equipment. Stay tuned for an on-site timetable
We are still continuing to offer online/Telehealth services for:
- Physiotherapy, Dietitian & Nutrition
- Group Clinical Exercise and GLA:D classes
- HomeFit group classes
While onsite at Glen Iris we will be providing Physiotherapy, Private Clinical Exercise, Small Group Clinical Exercise and GLA:D classes, Podiatry and Hand Therapy. For people attending on-site sessions you must not be feeling unwell or experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
Our admin team will continue to work off-site and if you have any further questions don’t hesitate to call us on 8840 8066.
