SportsFit are excited to announce a new Cardio class on Wednesday evenings!  We have also delivered on the promise of giving you more Pilates classes.

Beginning from the 4th April, our new Cardio class is a 45minute circuit class and combines a variety of strength and cardio exercises targeting your whole body.  These classes are designed for people wanting to:

-Improve cardio vascular fitness

-Improve muscle strength and endurance

-Burn calories and lose weight

-Improve muscle toning ie. build lean muscles

All classes are run by highly qualified physiotherapists, tailored to your body and goals,  and are claimable under private health insurance.  These classes are only $35 per class or you can purchase a 10 pass class for just $300!

To ensure safe and close supervision there is a maximum of only 5 participants per class- so places are limited.  To book your spot please contact our friendly reception staff.  Please note any new clients to the clinic will need to book a Physio assessment first, which is to ensure you are given appropriate exercises to help you work towards your goals.
