Seb graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Science. Since graduating he has gained significant experience managing sports injuries and guiding return to play including as the Head Physiotherapist for the Oakleigh Chargers Youth Girls program. Seb has also worked extensively with patients experiencing persistent back, neck, hip and knee pain, and is a certified GLA:D practitioner for hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Seb is passionate about injury prevention and utilizing strength and conditioning principles to guide appropriate exercise-based rehabilitation. His particular interest lies in rehabilitating adolescent sports injuries and low back & hip/pelvic injuries. Seb also works at LaTrobe University in a research capacity which enables him to stay on top of the latest developments in assessment and treatment techniques.

Jesse graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from Flinders University. He also has a Bachelor of Biomedicine from the University of Melbourne, completing his major research project on the physiology of endurance running. This has led to a keen interest in treating runners, including providing physiotherapy at running events such as the Oscars Hut’2Hut ultramarathon.
Jesse is currently the team physiotherapist for the Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League. He enjoys treating all sporting injuries, particularly of the hip, groin and shoulder. Jesse is also a nationally endorsed provider of Netball Australia’s KNEE program, as well the GLAD program for hip and knee OA. He has also previously had the opportunity to provide physiotherapy within a school setting and thoroughly enjoys working with children.
Outside of work Jesse enjoys travelling, playing and watching any sport and going to the beach.

Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. Since graduating, Amy has worked in upper limb trauma and hand therapy, gaining specialist experience in managing upper limb injuries and fractures for both elite sports people and the general population.
Amy is passionate about empowering others to engage in exercise for both their physical and mental wellbeing. She has a keen interest in women’s health and has also worked alongside sporting clubs including the Victorian Indoor Netball Team.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys her role as a mentor for Eating Disorders Victoria and loves heading to the beach, hiking and growing her own veggies.

Jodie graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2004. She has since completed a double Masters of Sports Physiotherapy and Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Latrobe University. Jodie has a keen interest in rowing, using experience from coaching and treatment of national squads to deliver first class outcomes. She has established a thorough understanding of rowing injury prevention and correct technique. Additionally, she has particular interest in running and riding technique and neck and upper back pain and injury. She has worked with VAFA Premier Division teams Collegians Football Club and Old Scotch Football Club and was awarded the VAFA Trainer of the Year in 2014. Jodie loves working with children and adolescents to help achieve their sporting dreams.

Since graduating from Melbourne University in 2004, Brad has worked at a range of private practices, hospitals and sporting clubs in both Australia and London. He has extensive experience with sporting teams at the local and elite level, including work with the Hawthorn Football Club during their 2013 premiership season and the Australian Institute of Sport looking after the Men’s volleyball team at the 2013 national championships. He is currently the head physiotherapist for the St Kevin’s Old Boys Football Club. Brad for several years also served on the Victorian council of SMA.
Brad’s special interests reflect his background working in elite sport, specifically treating and rehabilitating sports related knee, spinal and shoulder injuries. He’s also keenly interested in lower limb tendinopathies and running biomechanics.
Outside work Brad loves going running, surfing and playing with kids. If he’s lucky, he might squeeze tennis in somewhere too.

Stephen brings over 26 years of clinical experience to our practice. He has a diverse background with degrees in both Podiatry and Physical Education. His Fellowship to the Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine was awarded in 1994.
Stephen’s practice oversees a wide range of Foot Health needs including General Podiatry and a particular interest in the management of sports injuries, and children’s growth and development issues.
In addition to Podiatry, Stephen has a lifetime interest in Strength and Conditioning assisting athletes in Track and Field, Cricket and Cycling. Stephen embraces the opportunity to assist injured sports people at all levels.

Dean completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the well renowned Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy in Heidelberg. His vast experience includes working with elite athletes at Melbourne City Football Club as well as within multi-disciplined health clinics and spa settings. This has honed Dean’s skills and he is able to achieve great results managing various musculoskeletal conditions and clients goals.

Alex graduated from Monash University with a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science to become an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD). She also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science at Deakin University, majoring in Psychology. Since graduating, Alex has also completed the Monash University FODMAP IBS Training for Dietitians.
Alex enjoys combining her background in Psychology and Dietetics to create a holistic approach when helping her clients achieve their goals. She works to create a compassionate and non-judgemental environment in order to assist her clients in developing achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes to feel their best selves.
Alex is particularly interested in Sports Nutrition; she was part of the Nutrition Team for both St. Kilda Football Club and Sandringham Football Club for 3 seasons. She is also a Rowing Coach at Caulfield Grammar School. Alex believes that good nutrition is an important part of achieving sporting goals for athletes participating in all levels of sport.
In her free time, Alex can often be found searching Melbourne cafes for the best avocado on toast.

Hamish graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1995. After graduating, he worked in New York, and it was here over the next 5 years that he developed his focus on the management of hand injuries. In 2001 he qualified as a Certified Hand Therapist, which is the highest international recognition of hand therapy skills available.
Since his return to Australia, Hamish has worked in both private and public practices including time as the senior hand therapy clinician at both St. Vincent’s Hospital and the Austin Hospital. Hamish’s interests in hand therapy has a strong focus on the management of sports injuries, and wrist pain. He has been the resident hand therapist for the Hawthorn Football Club since 2013, and Carlton AFL Women’s Football team since 2019. As well as football he regularly treats elite athletes from all sports including tennis, golf and rock climbing. He has presented his research at a national and international level on the management of hand injury in sport.
When not at work, Hamish volunteers as the President Elect for the Australian Hand Therapy Association. He plays veterans football and surfs whenever his family give him some time off!
