Currently Nutrition appointments are via enquiry form only so we can ensure the most appropriate service and practitioner match.

No, group classes are not available for online booking. Many of our classes have regular clients who attend the same session each week, and some classes have waiting lists. By managing class bookings directly, we can ensure existing participants retain their place and that any vacancies are offered fairly to those waiting to join.

If you’re interested in joining one of our classes, please contact our reception team who can advise on current availability and suitable class options. Initial assessments can still be booked online through our booking system.
