Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
At SportsFit, we work hard to make sure appointments are available when you need them. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know more than 24 hours before your appointment.
If cancellations occur within 24 hours, or if an appointment is missed, a cancellation fee may apply. This is because short‑notice changes make it difficult for us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for care.
We’re a small, community‑focused clinic, and your support helps us continue providing timely, high‑quality care to everyone.
