Physiotherapists are experts in the management of all musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.   Their skills and knowledge allows them to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions affecting muscles, soft tissues and major joints.  At SportsFit all our physios have undergone further post-graduate training to further their skills and stay ahead of the game.  We will work with you to help you get better and stay healthy and FIT.

What does a Physiotherapy session involve?

All physiotherapy sessions are one-on-one,  so we spend 100% of your time with you.  We strongly believe the road to recovery and being LifeFit begins with accurately diagnosing your injury or condition and also to identify why it has happened in the first place.  This means we don’t just treat your symptoms, but manage your whole body to help prevent injury from occurring.

  • No referral is necessary, as Physiotherapists are primary-care professionals
  • Bring your private health insurance so we can directly claim through HICAPS
