Mobilise with Mo: Tailored Mobility Class in Glen Iris

Mobilise with Mo is a dynamic small-group exercise class designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, balance and stability. Led by clinical myotherapist Mo, each session is built to reduce stiffness, discomfort and pain, helping you move through daily life and sport with greater ease. Classes are capped at just 6 participants, so you get guided, hands-on coaching in a supportive small-group setting — not a generic gym class.

Why Choose SportsFit Physio & Health

Unlike a general stretch or mobility class, Mobilise with Mo is led by a qualified clinical myotherapist from start to finish. That means:

  • Every session is designed and led by a clinical myotherapist, not a generic fitness instructor
  • A maximum of 6 participants per class for hands-on guidance and correct technique
  • A structured, evidence-based four-week rotating program targeting a different area of the body each week
  • Practical education in foam rolling and massage ball techniques you can keep using outside class
  • A supportive small-group environment suited to a wide range of ages and abilities
  • Clinical expertise from a myotherapist with postgraduate training in exercise science
