Having graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Bachelor of Commerce, Issy is committed to helping others feel their best—both inside and out.

As a qualified Nutritionist, Issy brings both professional expertise and a genuine passion for empowering others. She has a strong interest in gut health, meal planning, and balanced nutrition, and is committed to creating a supportive environment. By working collaboratively with her clients, Issy helps build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Her two seasons with the Nutrition Team at Sandringham Football Club (VFL) allowed her to deepen her understanding of performance nutrition and the importance of fuelling the body effectively. She has also experience working with both children and adults from all walks of life.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Issy cheering on the Bombers, planning her next travel adventure, or spending time with friends and family.
