Running is meant to be easy, yet it can cause us pain and result in injury. The cause of injury varies between people and there are often multiple contributing factors. Our cutting-edge running assessment will give you a comprehensive exercise program and running plan to help you become more efficient and injury-free.

During the one hour running assessment we:

Video analyse your running technique (so please bring your running shoes and appropriate clothing)

Obtain a running and injury history

Complete a thorough body screening to assess strength, flexibility and control
