Common source of symptoms
There are many causes of neck pain and how these areas get injured or irritated. Some common causes include:
- posture eg: sitting for hours hunched at a desk
- sleeping position eg: sleeping on your stomach can irritate the joints in your neck
- tension and stress
- trauma eg: whiplash from a car accident
- age related changes
