Jess graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and is currently studying her Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. She is passionate about all things sports and performance with experience working in a variety of sporting settings including VFLW, Parramatta NRL and Rugby 7s teams. She has also worked on musicals such as West Side Story at the Sydney Opera House and Priscilla Queen of the Desert.
Jessica’s bread and butter is ensuring that athletes, performers and weekend warriors can perform at their best, particularly with footballers, dancers, gymnasts and circus performers.
On her days off you can find her training aerials, cheerleading, volleyball or windsurfing. When she is not training or working you might catch her walking her giant dog.

Caz graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. Caz has extensive experience with both young and older athletes. Being involved for 4 years with the St Kevin’s Old Boys Football Club, Caz particularly worked closely with the Under 19’s teams, becoming familiar with common sporting injuries and rehabilitation for developing footballers. Additionally, Caz has worked with the AFL9’s community, helping encourage men and women over 35 years old to stay active and social.
Caz is passionate about working with clients of any age or background to achieve their goals and assist them in living healthier lifestyles. After completing her APPI Clinical Pilates training, Caz is highly skilled in teaching and supervising exercise in group classes or one-to-one.
In her spare time, you will find Caz cooking up a feast for friends or going for casual runs.

Graduating with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, Todd is driven by his passion for working collaboratively with individuals experiencing pain and helping them regain their ability to do what they love. His dedication to becoming the best physiotherapist possible has led him to develop a keen interest in exercise therapy for a range of conditions.
Todd’s approach is grounded in empowering his patients to take control of their health and confidently achieve their goals. He draws on his expertise to aid in injury prevention, improve performance, and facilitate recovery from pain and injury.
With extensive experience in elite Australian Rules Football as part of the medical team for the AFL Vic Metropolitan talent pathway and a current physiotherapist for the Essendon VFLW team, Todd has a particular interest in treating a wide range of sporting injuries. He has also worked extensively with patients experiencing persistent spinal pain, hip and knee pain, and is a certified GLA:D practitioner for hip and knee osteoarthritis.
When he’s not helping patients achieve their health goals, Todd enjoys hiking, indulging in good coffee, spending quality time with loved ones, reminiscing about the Brisbane Lions’ three-peat (glory days!), and exploring new destinations through travel.

Jodie graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2004. She has since completed a double Masters of Sports Physiotherapy and Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Latrobe University. Jodie has a keen interest in rowing, using experience from coaching and treatment of national squads to deliver first class outcomes. She has established a thorough understanding of rowing injury prevention and correct technique. Additionally, she has particular interest in running and riding technique and neck and upper back pain and injury. She has worked with VAFA Premier Division teams Collegians Football Club and Old Scotch Football Club and was awarded the VAFA Trainer of the Year in 2014. Jodie loves working with children and adolescents to help achieve their sporting dreams.

Since graduating from Melbourne University in 2004, Brad has worked at a range of private practices, hospitals and sporting clubs in both Australia and London. He has extensive experience with sporting teams at the local and elite level, including work with the Hawthorn Football Club during their 2013 premiership season and the Australian Institute of Sport looking after the Men’s volleyball team at the 2013 national championships. F For over 8 years, he was the head physiotherapist for the St Kevin’s Old Boys Football Club, helping oversee 3 Premierships and 5 Grand Final appearances for the Men’s team in the Premier VAFA Division. Brad for several years also served on the Victorian council of SMA.
Brad’s special interests reflect his background working in elite sport, specifically treating and rehabilitating sports related knee, spinal and shoulder injuries. He’s also keenly interested in lower limb tendinopathies and running biomechanics.
Outside work Brad loves going running, surfing and playing with kids. If he’s lucky, he might squeeze tennis in somewhere too.

Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. Since graduating, Amy has worked in upper limb trauma and hand therapy, gaining specialist experience in managing upper limb injuries and fractures for both elite sports people and the general population.
Amy is passionate about empowering others to engage in exercise for both their physical and mental wellbeing. She has a keen interest in women’s health and has also worked alongside sporting clubs including the Victorian Indoor Netball Team.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys her role as a mentor for Eating Disorders Victoria and loves heading to the beach, hiking and growing her own veggies.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy, Mo has worked across different health clinics and sporting environments. His experience extends to helping both local and elite professionals in sports such as cricket, football, soccer and golf, along with working with a CrossFit athletes, circus performers and runners.
As well as being skilled in a wide range of soft tissue techniques (sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, relaxation techniques), Mo is also qualified in dry needling, cupping and joint mobilisations. This skillset and his experience enables Mo to treat a broad range of conditions. In particular he enjoys working with head and neck pain, spinal conditions, shoulder rehabilitation and sporting injuries.
Mo also has a huge passion for exercise, using it widely in his method of rehabilitation to correct movement patterns, improve function and build strength to enhance performance. To further broaden his exercise knowledge he is currently completing a Masters in Exercise Science from ECU (Edith Cowan University) in Strength and Conditioning.
In his spare time Mo likes to keep active with gym, sport, and outdoor activity. Enjoys spending time with his friends and family, following the St Kilda Football Club, as well as catching all the latest film releases..

Alex graduated from Monash University with a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science to become an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD). She also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science at Deakin University, majoring in Psychology. Since graduating, Alex has also completed the Monash University FODMAP IBS Training for Dietitians.
Alex enjoys combining her background in Psychology and Dietetics to create a holistic approach when helping her clients achieve their goals. She works to create a compassionate and non-judgemental environment in order to assist her clients in developing achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes to feel their best selves.
Alex is particularly interested in Sports Nutrition and Dietetics, and has extensive experience in this field with both female and male athletes. In particular, she was part of the Nutrition Team for both St. Kilda Football Club (AFL) and Sandringham Football Club (VFL) for 3 seasons, and served as Head Dietitian for Williamstown Football Club (VFL) in 2021. Since 2022, Alex was the Head Dietitian for the Hawthorn AFLW team (in their inaugural season) and is also currently Head Dietitian for the Hawthorn AFL team. Somehow she also manages to be a Rowing Coach at Caulfield Grammar School.
In her free time, Alex can often be found searching Melbourne cafes for the best avocado on toast.
