At SportsFit we believe that Clinical Exercise is best attended on a regular basis for maximum results. Working together on your health goals is at the core of our business.

In order to give everyone the opportunity to experience our elite clinical exercise program, we have had to make a few changes.

Did you know that last year we had no regular Clinical Exercise classes left to offer new clients yet we had an average of 40% non attendance each week? We had people forfeiting their class because they couldn’t give us 24 hours notice. We had to say no to people who wanted to swap their class for the week because they were full, but we were running empty classes.

So we have decided to make some changes. More flexibility, only 6 hours notice for non-attendance and better for you.

Here are the changes in a nutshell (read the full terms and conditions below):

  • Your next 10 or 20 pass will now have an expiry date.
  • We only need 6 hours (not 24 hours) notice if you can’t make your class.
  • You can reschedule your class for any available class in the week (and we have lots to choose from)
  • You have 2 make-up classes per 10 week pass to use if you are sick or cannot reschedule that week.
  • You can suspend your membership by giving us 2 weeks notice if you are going away.
  • We now have a Flexi Pass and a Casual Pass so you can find the right pass to suit you

Type of passes we now offer

Which pass is right for me?

10 and 20 pass – guaranteed time and day for the duration of your pass. Maximum 4 participants per class. Regular attendance at classes is expected for best results. Your regular time is booked ongoing until you let us know you would like to change time or cease attending.

10 Flexi Pass – guaranteed class time with ability to cancel and change with short notice. No expiry period on the pass. Maximum flexibility.

Casual 10 pass – Book one week at a time. No guarantee of ongoing class time. No expiry date. No requirement to commit to a set time each week. Classes can be purchased individually – buying a pass means you can leave straight after your class rather than waiting to pay.

FAQ’s:

What if I’m going on holiday?

Your pass can be suspended for a minimum of 2 weeks by giving us 2 weeks notice. Your expiry date will then be extended for the length of time that you are away.

What if I am sick?

Stay home and rest up. Give us a call to let us know you won’t be coming so we can help you avoid a non-attendance fee. We can reschedule you for another class later in the week when you are feeling better or you can do a make-up class at a later date.

What if I have an unexpected work commitment?

If it’s not possible to give us 2 weeks notice so that we can suspend your membership, give us a call at least 6 hours before your class so we can help you avoid the non-attendance fee by rescheduling you for another time in the week. Can’t reschedule? You can always use your make-up class at a later date.

What if I have an unexpected social commitment?

Give us a call at least 6 hours before to let us know you won’t be coming so we can help you avoid a non-attendance fee. We can reschedule you for another class that week.

The full Terms and Conditions

  • 6 hours notice of cancellation is required for all classes or full class fee will be charged and class forfeited.
  • Cancellations with suitable notice may be rescheduled to another class in the week or (if applicable) a make-up class can be used. Re-scheduled and make-up classes are subject to availability. Make-up classes must be used before the pass expiry date. Any class not rescheduled or made-up will be forfeited.
  • Any classes not used before the expiry are forfeited.
  • Passes may be suspended with 2 weeks notice for a minimum duration of 2 weeks. There is no limit to the number of times a pass can be suspended. The pass expiry date will be extended for the time of the suspension.
  • Passes are not refundable or transferable.
  • Fees may be rebatable through private health insurance. Conditions apply.
